Experience on the elaboration of my brochure.
DAY (4)
A new opportunity to discover new or unknown words in my English language.
Introduction:
Welcome to our day four of learning English! Today I am going to share with you my new experience in the creation and elaboration of a brochure completely in another language (English) different from mine (Spanish).
Here we go!
This time our teacher Diego asked us to make a brochure with the characteristics of our training program, this required us to research, use new terms (in English), a more formal and extensive vocabulary and investigate the correct pronunciation of new words and unknown content.
As for the development of the evidence I started with the correct writing of our cover page since all the papers had to be completely in English.
I chose to write in the front part (or cover) the definition of the program, what is it? and continue using as design the logo of the institution that provides me the study of the same along with a cold and elegant design using shades (blue and green).
Finally, on the back cover I included the important aspects of the program, what are the employment benefits, and our graduation profile.
In a design job writing the right words and phrases in English is of utmost importance, let me explain their relevance in this context:
The ability to understand and communicate effectively in English is valuable in a design job, especially if your work requires interaction with English-speaking clients or you want to have a deeper reach.
Crafting an excellent brochure or presentation, with the right words and well written, will give you a competitive advantage and open up opportunities for professional growth in the design field with an emphasis on English speakers.
Don't forget to study and expand your vocabulary for the professional context!
With much love, Laura.
